We are so excited to announce 2015’s first CEO Dinner with John Doerr, one of the leading venture capitalists and driving forces behind Kleiner Perkins. 6-8 students will get the chance to have a small, informal dinner with John, and 10 points will go to attending candidates.

Fast Company once called John Doerr “the most influential venture capitalist of his generation.” In 1980 he joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and sponsored a series of investments including Compaq, Cypress, Intuit, Netscape, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Sun Microsystems, Amazon.com, and Google. John was the founding CEO of Silicon Compilers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Amazon.com and Google. The privately-held company boards include Zazzle, Miasole, Bloom Energy, and Spatial Photonics. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
